I fratelli Grant nel 1840 diedero vita a questo “Glen Grant”, che rispetto agli altri whisky di malto presenti nel mercato, ha un singolare carattere, attribuibile oltre che alle materie prime utilizzate, anche al processo di distillazione che avviene con 8 alambicchi; ha ottenuto svariati riconoscimenti, certamente meritati, per un whisky di alto prestigio come questo, dal colore giallo paglierino, ed un profumo raffinato, ricco di aromi che ricordano gli agrumi, le spezie, la frutta, il malto, il biscotto ed il legno; piacevole la sensazione di morbidezza in bocca, accompagnata da abbondanti note aromatiche già individuate dal naso e confermate dal palato.
The Grant brothers in 1840 gave life to this "Glen Grant", which compared to other malt whiskeys on the market, has a singular character, attributable not only to the raw materials used, but also to the distillation process that takes place with 8 stills; it has obtained various acknowledgments, certainly deserved, for a high prestige whiskey like this, with a straw yellow color, and a refined perfume, rich in aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, spices, fruit, malt, biscuit and wood; pleasant sensation of softness in the mouth, accompanied by abundant aromatic notes already identified by the nose and confirmed by the palate.
