PROVENIENZA
Prodotto nella distilleria di Cameronbridge, in Scozia, a dispetto di quanto indicherebbe il nome "London dry gin", che si riferisce bensì al tipo di processo di distillazione.
Il nome si deve al piccolo alambicco di rame, il 10 appunto, utilizzato per la sua produzione.
Produced in the distillery of Cameronbridge, Scotland, despite what the name "London dry gin" would indicate, which refers to the type of distillation process. The name comes from the small copper alembic, the 10 in fact, used for its production.
BOTANICHE
Il Gin N° Ten di Tanqueray viene realizzato mediante distillazione quadrupla, in piccoli lotti, con macerazione di agrumi freschi (limone, lime e pompelmo) che arricchiscono questo gin di personalità e di profumi, angelica, arancia fresca, bacche di ginepro, coriandolo, fiori di camomilla e liquirizia.
Gin N ° Ten by Tanqueray is made by quadruple distillation, in small batches, with maceration of fresh citrus fruits (lemon, lime and grapefruit) that enrich this gin with personality and aromas, angelica, fresh orange, juniper berries, coriander, chamomile and licorice flowers.
AL PALATO
Si presenta alla vista cristallino e trasparente. Al naso catturano le abbondanti note di agrumi freschi, ben bilanciate da un sentore onnipresente di ginepro.
Al palato: lime, angelica e ginepro fanno strada ad altri sentori di camomilla e di spezie che lasciano spazio ad un finale gradevolmente lungo e dolce.
It is crystal clear and transparent to the eye. On the nose they capture the abundant notes of fresh citrus, well balanced by an omnipresent hint of juniper. On the palate: lime, angelica and juniper make way for other hints of chamomile and spices that leave room for a pleasantly long and sweet finish.
SERVITO
Da degustare liscio o in compagnia di una buona tonica su cubetti di ghiaccio con qualche fettina di arancia e lime.
To be tasted straight or in the company of a good tonic on ice cubes with a few slices of orange and lime.
