PROVENIENZA
Bulldog è un London Dry Gin nato dalla passione dello statunitense bancario Anshuman Vohra, che spinto dalla curiosità e dall’amore per i distillati ha deciso di creare questo gin divenuto subito un classico. Ottenuto alla Langley Distillery inglese da una miscela di spezie provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Bulldog is a London Dry Gin born from the passion of the American banker Anshuman Vohra, who, driven by curiosity and love for spirits, decided to create this gin that immediately became a classic. Obtained at the English Langley Distillery from a blend of spices from around the world.
BOTANICHE
La sua composizione si distingue dal ginepro toscano, il coriandolo marocchino, la lavanda francese o le foglie di loto cinesi.
Questo gin passa per ben quattro processi di distillazione, durante l’ultima delle quali vengono aggiunte le erbe botaniche nell’alambicco.
Prima di essere pronto per essere messo in commercio viene ridotta la gradazione alcolica aggiungendo acqua proveniente da Galles.
Its composition is distinguished from Tuscan juniper, Moroccan coriander, French lavender or Chinese lotus leaves. This gin goes through four distillation processes, during the last of which botanical herbs are added to the still. Before being ready to be marketed, the alcohol content is reduced by adding water from Wales.
AL PALATO
Al naso il Bulldog Gin si caratterizza per il tipico sentore di ginepro, bilanciato però dalle altre note di erbe e spezie. Il gusto decisamente speziato si caratterizza per dei sentori agrumati e per l’ottima morbidezza.
On the nose the Bulldog Gin is characterized by the typical hint of juniper, balanced however by the other notes of herbs and spices. The decidedly spicy taste is characterized by citrus scents and excellent softness.
