PROVENIENZA
Gin del Professore incarna lo spirito della tradizione erboristica italiana. Il metodo di produzione, detto della «vasca da bagno», risale all’epoca del Proibizionismo, in cui era sufficiente un recipiente, anche una vasca da bagno, per miscelare in infusione a freddo gli alcolati e le varie erbe, spezie e bucce di agrumi, in modo da fargli assorbire tutti i profumi, i colori e le proprietà dei botanicals.

Sul palato esprime forza e, al tempo stesso, grande morbidezza; è avvolgente e calibrato nell’alcol, capace di stimolare possenti ritorni retrolfattivi. Il gusto è setoso e rotondo.
