Volcano Gin nasce in Sicilia e viene concepito come un grande vino. Accurata è la scelta dei botanici che uno ad uno si mescolano mantenendo la propria personalità, intervenendo sul prodotto in maniera esclusiva, rendondolo unico e prezioso come ciò che lo ha portato in grembo: l’Etna.
Volcano Gin was born in Sicily and is conceived as a great wine. Careful is the choice of botanists who mix one by one while maintaining their own personality, intervening on the product in an exclusive way, making it as unique and precious as what brought it into your womb: Etna.
BOTANICHE
Un gin che ha in infusione tutti i profumi e i sapori tipici della zona etnea: Ginepro, Ginestra e Arancia Amara lo caratterizzano, conferendo freschezza, accentuata dalla balsamicità del finocchietto. Viene inoltre aggiunta in infusione anche la nocciola per conferire un tono grasso e rotondo.
A gin that infuses all the aromas and flavors typical of the Etna area: Juniper, Broom and Bitter Orange characterize it, giving it freshness, accentuated by the balsamic nature of the fennel. Hazelnut is also added in infusion to give it a fat and round tone.
AL PALATO
Volcano Gin è ben strutturato, equilibrato e persistente in bocca, la ginestra conferisce un interessante contrasto dolce/amaro. Le botaniche, essendo cresciute sulle pendici del vulcano, si presentano con una nota minerale molto interessante e singolare.
Volcano Gin is well structured, balanced and persistent in the mouth, the broom gives an interesting sweet / bitter contrast. The botanicals, having grown on the slopes of the volcano, present themselves with a very interesting and singular mineral note.
SERVITO
Servito con una tonica mediterranea territoriale, scorza di arancia e finocchietto selvatico.
Served with a territorial Mediterranean tonic, orange peel and wild fennel.
